(If you created a label on your phone with the FedEx^® Mobile app, the app can issue you a barcode. Just save the barcode on your phone and follow the steps above.)

If the retailer sent your product in reusable FedEx packaging, it'll say it's reusable on the front of it. You'll also see two adhesive strips. One of the strips will have been used by the retailer. Just use the unused strip to seal the package, then send your return. You can even use it to ship an item to another recipient.
